Twice-exceptional students are those who are intellectually gifted while also having one or more learning differences — such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum, anxiety, or sensory processing challenges. These children are remarkably capable but often underserved by traditional school models that address either giftedness or learning differences, but rarely both.

Prenda is a nationally recognized microschool curriculum that emphasizes student-led learning, mastery-based progression, and small-group instruction. Students work through core subjects at their own pace while also engaging in collaborative projects, creative exploration, and Socratic discussions — making it an ideal fit for 2e learners.

Each class has a maximum of 10 students led by a trained learning guide. The day blends personalized academic work, small-group instruction, hands-on projects, and social-emotional learning. We flex the schedule to match learners' energy and focus patterns throughout the day.

No formal diagnosis is required. We welcome families who recognize their child's unique combination of gifts and challenges. During the enrollment process, we'll have a detailed conversation about your child's needs and how our environment can best support them.

We serve students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our multi-age, mastery-based approach means students aren't rigidly locked into grade-level expectations — they advance based on understanding and readiness.

Each campus will have no more than 60 students total, with a maximum of 10 students per class. This intentional smallness ensures that every child is deeply known by their guides, peers, and the broader school community.

As our inaugural year, founding families play a special role in shaping the culture, traditions, and community of the school. You'll have a direct voice in how we grow and evolve — and your child will always be part of the story of how it all began.
